I say bleach only because I had my elbow on table and notice it was wet and rubbed on hand on the cloth and could smell bleach, chlorine. Right away I looked at my sleeve and sure enough. It loom
Looked pinkish where my elbow was. When we were seated I could smell it but thought maybe they had washed the floor. Tried to flag down a older man who looked to be owner/manager. He made acknowledge me but never came over to see what I wanted. Finally I could see our server and asked her over and made her aware of what happened. Her reply was it's a cleaner not bleach. She pointed out that she wears black. In fact she does wear black but she is spraying this so called cleaner on top of a surface on directly on her clothes. I thought ok what ever. I had never had such crappy service. Not once did she ask if we wanted water. In all the restaurants I have gone to I have never had to ask, just a given. Ordered our food and had coffee. Not once did she ask if we wanted more. We were done our meals she took the plates away. This was the first time I was never asked if we were interested in any dessert. We sat there for 15 mins with our empty cups. I asked the same man if we could pay for our food, he went over to our server and she came over with machine. I paid and I also didn't tip her.
