Peter William @ apr 2, 2021 - Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen (Rossland Rd W) I want to write feedback regarding the Popeyes store located at 1 Rossland Rd W, Ajax, ON L1Z 1Z2. The event occurred when I was waiting for my order.
A UberEat delivery person entered in the restaurant and provided delivery order number to one of the CSR and she started looking after the order. One more CSR appeared in one minute and asked the driver delivery order once again. Delivery guy provided order number to that person again, without any hesitation. This second CSR did nothing to order and went back in the food preparation area. Third CSR person appeared in one minute and asked that delivery guy order number again. KINDLY TAKE A NOTE HERE THAT THEY ASKED ORDER NUMBER THIRD TIME. Delivery guy was probably thinking about their unprofessionalism behaviour but keep himself cool and respectful. UberEat Delivery guy politely asked that, "HOW MANY TIMES YOU GUYS ASKED ME ORDER NUMBER". According to me this was a VERY REASONABLE question from UberEat delivery person. One of the CSR person RUDELY ANSWER TO UBEREAT, guy that he will not hand over the food order to him, instead of giving some reasonable answer to delivery guy or seek excuse for him.
UberEat gentleman THANK POLITELY AND LEFT THE RESTAURANT AND SAID THAT HE WILL CANCEL THAT FOOD ORDER.
THIS INCIDENCE CLEARLY MENTIONED A UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR FROM THE ALL CSRs, RUDE BEHAVIOUR AND DISCRIMINATION WITH THAT UBEREAT GENTLEMAN. I will request you to please that take a strict action against that business owners and CSRs persons because these peoples not only ruining his/her own business and more PUTTING A BAD NAME TAG ON POPEYES AS WHOLE.
I hope that Popeyes will take the things seriously and will exercise good CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE TO ALL PEOPLE (CUSTOMERS AND OTHER INDEPENDENT BUSINESS OWNERS) and more there is NO PLACE OF DISCRIMINATION IN CANADA.
Lastly, I like to APPRECIATE UBEREAT PERSON RESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR AND PROFESSIONALISM IN A VERY INTENSE ENVIRONMENT. THUMBS UP for UberEat person. Thank UberEat peoples are providing us food in a very difficult time. THANKS YOU UBEREAT.

I recommend them, they have another location and have been in business as long as I can remember but decades. You don’t stay in business that long for no reason.
